Re: Extra transmitting
From: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/MOTOTRBO/conversations/messages/14652 Its not just him Is it just me or is the beaconing "switch" still broken? I have a XPR8300 and a XPR8400... both running the latest R02.40.12 firmware and both still cause the transmitter to go key down if you ...

Re: dmrdecode
I wish there was a way to log the activity on one talk group. Possibly record that activity to MP3. Anyone know of a way with dmrdecode, dsd or something else?

dmrdecode
I was using DSD to look a stuff coming from the repeater. This is just a heads up for anyone else trying to do the same.
Screw that noise, dmrdecode_b74.jar is the way to do it. Much more detail!
Found a copy on some Romanian hams site, as the main site seems down.

Here is what that was all about. A firmware bug!: From: Mike Swiatkowski Date: Mon, Oct 12, 2015 at 9:28 PM Subject: Re: dmr-dmarc Idle transmissions? To: Steve L Hi Steve, This is a classic firmware bug. I logged in remotely and enabled the beacon as we have on all K9MOT peers. This should rectify ...

Extra transmitting
Shortly after we linked up to DMARC we were wondering why the repeater is transmitting a lot and we don't hear anything on the various talk groups in our radios. At first we thought maybe there were some talkgroups coming through that we didn't know about. I just started messing with DSD this evenin...

Re: aprs <--> trbo with [crossband] voice
Bob and I were flapping our gums on DMR this evening. And we were wondering if any level of over the air programming can be done? That would sure seem slick for ham radio purposes, where a new guy picks up a DMR CB and everyones radio needs an alias added, etc. Also Bob is looking to meet up with yo...
